Most orders ship within 3-5 business days USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail when your order ships which will include a tracking number so you may track your order. CUSTOM SOAP FAVORS are made to order. All soap favor orders are scheduled for production by party date. This allows time for production of your soap favors to ensure they are perfect and also allows sufficient shipping transit time so they arrive well before your party! You will be prompted for your party date or need by date at check-out so we can ensure a prompt and timely delivery. We will notify you if there is insufficient time to complete your order to ensure a timely delivery.

At this time we only ship our soaps within the U.S.
SHIPPING IS AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECK-OUT. WE DO OFFER A FLAT RATE U.S. SHIPPING RATE OF $13.95 on all domestic orders shipping to one address.
LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS FAQ If your package is lost or damaged or you are missing items, please contact us so we may assist you. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
Due to the personal nature of our handmade soaps and custom soap favors, we do not ACCEPT returns. However if you have any problems with your order, we are here to help, please contact us.
If your order arrived damaged, please include the order number, the name of the damaged products, the number of damaged items, and a few photos of the damaged items with your message. Doing so will help expedite the replacement process.
If you believe that a shipment from your order is missing or lost in transit, please send us a message that includes your order number along with a note detailing if you have received any other parts of your order.
When reaching out about an order or account issue, please include the order number or email address associated with the account.
